Full class - 50 min Intermediate Slow & Strong Flow with Pascha
Looking for a bit of challenging, playful and even a kick in a butt class? Try this out! It is slow yet strong. The sequence had created a decent amount of sweat, which helped me detoxify the negativity out of my body. The continuous movements kept my mind flow with motivation too. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. :)
* This class is designed for practitioners who are familiar with basic yoga postures and have a good understanding connecting breath to movement. The class invites us to take rest when needed, and welcomes all modifications.
