Hi and welcome to Flow Space. I am happy you are here to join the yoga journey!

I am Pascha Jirasakwittaya, a student of life, a certified yoga teacher and a dance anthropologist. My passion for the body and the way it communicates has inspired me to use the body as a tool to increase vitality and playfulness as well as cultivating awareness and peace of mind.

My yoga practice comes from both traditional and an experimental background. I have learnt a wide range of different yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, Acroyoga and Thai Yoga Massage from respected yogis and gurus. I have an International Master’s Degree for Dance knowledge, Practice and Heritage which has equipped me with technical skills and supplementary knowledge necessary for the cognitive science explorations of mind-body-culture connections.

Before embarking on my journey as a freelance yoga teacher, I accumulated a breadth of knowledge working in a world-class health and sports training centre in Phuket that included integrative medical care and wellness, sports as well as working with health professionals and athletes. I incorporated yoga, meditation, breathing exercises along with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and creative body movement into their rehabilitation programmes.

Yoga has become part of my life’s journey because it makes people connect, communicate and collaborate. I am dedicated to sharing what I have leant and I am blessed to call it my career. Therefore, Flow Space has been created as a ‘work in progress’. It is a platform to practise, inspire and exchange ideas.

I truly hope that Flow Space provides good feelings to flow from within and bring people together to make a positive difference.
