Seated flow with Pascha

Today we will be practicing a seated flow with the focus on heart (chest opening), hips and hamstrings.

Suitable for beginners / intermediates. Everyone is welcome. :-) Please feel free incorporate blocks, knee pads or pillow for modification.

As this is flow practice, you are reminded to synchronize movements with the breath. If you find the sequence a little too fast, pause the vdo, practice with your own rhythm and whenever you feel comfortable come back to it.

Before asana practice, we recommend you to complement pranayama or sitting meditation to experience the sense of calm, relaxation and clarity.
